- We are a UK certified company that is recognized by many students all over UK. Our services involve proofreading and editing. It is clearly stated that we do not write the thesis and dissertations for our customers.
- We offer you complete secrecy and secure dealing. You will be provided with an SSL guarded account and the editor or proofreader you deal with will sign a document swearing to secrecy.
- When ordering, you must tell us your complete information including your name, address, phone number and the name of the institute you study at. Don’t worry, your information will not be used elsewhere and will be deleted as soon as we bid each other good bye.
- Our payment methods are much secured and you can send in your amount without worrying. You can transfer the money to our bank account or pay using a credit card.
- We do not replicate your content and will not be held responsible if it gets replicated at your end.
Refund policy
- britishassignmentarena.co.uk does not offer a complete money back guarantee as 50% of the amount is counted as service charges. Thus only 50 % of it is refundable.
- If you cancel the order and it has already reached the processing phase, the service will be charged and you will not be able to refund 50 of your amount.
- Your refund claim is taken care of by our Quality assurance team and they will have the final verdict which all parties involved will have to accept.
